Come join us on a journey of heart, mind, body and spirit. You are invited to experience a truly healing and rejuvenating retreat in a tropical paradise set on the lush Southern Pacific Coast of Costa Rica.

Nourish yourself through Yoga, Ayurveda, Shamanic Energy Healing, suitable for all levels. Savor inspirational world fusion cuisine, which includes organic vegetarian, vegan and living foods. Enjoy swimming, snorkeling, whale watching, hiking, adventures, canopy zipline tours, surfing, culture, relaxation and warm SUNSHINE. Picturesque beaches, turquoise waters, exquisite waterfalls, lush mountains, and exotic flora and fauna surround you.

Located 5 minutes from Dominical village which has managed to stay predominately off most visitor travel radars, with nearby attractions which include Manuel Antonio Natural Park  to the north and Osa Peninsula to the south. Our eco-hotel  Waterfall Villas is located on its own private nature reserve, with an exceptionally exotic 14 acre Baru Tropical rainforest property that is part of the wildlife corridor. Waterfall Villas has 5 of its own pristine Waterfalls on the property.  From every balcony, experience the exotic canopy facing a gorge teaming with exotic tropical life.

Wake up while the sun rises and meditate in the serenity of the tropical landscape amongst birds and butterflies. Enjoy morning yoga and healing energy practices,. Following morning practice rejuvenate yourself with an organic breakfast with fresh juices, fruits and other exotic nourishing tropical flavors.  Afternoons will be spent on optinal excursions to nearby beaches, jungles, waterfalls, and other adventures, or simply relax. In the evenings we practice gentle yoga, energy healing, chanting and restoring.

A 1 day gourmet detox will be included on our retreat with practices and foods that will leave you glowing.  Enjoy sipping fresh coconut and noni juices, tropical smoothies and nourishing teas.

We practice in the hatha vinyasa, gentle, restorative and ayurvedic yoga styles. You are invited to practice just as you and at your own pace. Attention to breath with movement as well as mindfulness and the cultivation of joy as we deepen on the path of the heart. 

Your Retreat Faclitators:

Ashera Serfaty, Yoga and, Ayurvedic Practitioner, Shamanic Energy Medicine Healer. From the cultivation of her own personal practice to facilitating classes, workshops and retreats, Ashera comes with over 16 years of local and International experience. Ashera is a spirited teacher and healer coming from a holistic integrative approach, weaving the practices of Yoga, Ayurveda, Energy Medicine and Shamanic Healing.  She teachers Hatha, Vinyasa, Gentle, Restorative and Yin Yoga .
Ashera has been blessed to study with a variety of renowned teachers in Yoga, Ayurveda and Shamanic Healing. She has also trained in Peruvian Energy Medicine and Shamanic Healing thru The Healing Light Body School and Alberto Villoldo as well as the Toltec Shamanic traditions with Dona Bernadina Vigil. Her journeys have also taken her to sacred sites in Mexico and Peru, where she learned directly from local indigenous healers and shamans. As a healing practitioner she is passionate about assisting others on their path to restoring their original freedom, balance and joy.

Donna Jackson, Retreat Assistant, Yoga Practitioner has been studying the traditional energy medicine of the Andes for over a year and continues to integrate many of her shamanic lessons into her daily life.  A participant in two Peru journeys she brings and open heart to the path. A Sadhana Hatha Yoga Instructor, Donna has lived in Central America for four years and teaches this yoga style as well as beginning/intro yoga.  She teaches in Nicaragua, where she currently resides and in her travels throughout Central and South America.

You can treat  yourself to the incredible Spa Services that  are availble and include: Deep Tissue Massage, Lava Stone Therapy, Rainforest Massage,  Jaguar and Bamboo Massage with Balinese body masks and Jamu Salt Scrubs and more....

*Optional excursions will be arranged and include:

*snorkeling at the pristine Cano Island reserve or the Whale Marine Park with its famous whale's tail beach formation, various islands, caves and blow holes.

*hike or horseback to the Nauyacu gigantic waterfall (3 minutes from the waterfall villas), 

*visiting the caves at Diamante Falls - highest waterfall in Costa Rica only 15 minutes away,

*zipline canopy tour in the rainforest.

*Manuel Antonia national park tropical tours.

*surf lession

Optional excursion are not included in retreat cost but are available for approximately $50 per excursion with a maximum of 3 excursions.

Flight and Transportation:
You will fly into San Jose, Costa Rica.  Waterfall Villas is a beautiful 3 hour drive from San Jose. Shuttle arrangements can be made for you upon request.

Trip includes: accommodations, meals and daily practices. Individual healing sessions, massage and optional excusions will be available at an additional cost (approx $50-70) . Cost does not include airfare or airport shuttle (approx $50). Rates are based on double occupancy. Single occupancy will be available at an additional cost. Let us know if you have dietary restrictions or food requests.

Retreat commences at 5pm March 6th. Finishes after breakfast at 11am on the March 13th. A registation and information form will be sent to you upon signing up.
