Begin Again ~ Completions & New Visions for 2026
Thank you for being part of my community. May this be the year you fully claim yourself—your belonging, your voice, your truth, and what truly matters. I am still in Mexico, deeply grateful after welcoming the New Year through conscious ritual, an amazing hike, swim, celebration and shared presence with beloved friends.
Before jumping forward into what is next there is still some preparation for 2026. Integrating experiences from 2025, will prepare you when energy really gets going. The forward moving Fire Horse will come in February, an energy that invites momentum, courage, and embodied choice.
We often hear people say, “I hope the year treats you well,” yet the deeper truth is this: we are the primary creative force in our lives. What we choose to nourish is what grows. Our dreams are seeds of the heart. They ask not only to be envisioned, but to be tended—with intention, devotion, and gentle action. When we listen to what we love and feed it consistently, our year begins to shape itself around that truth.
The turning of the year offers a sacred threshold—a collective pause to release, remember, and begin again. Before stepping fully into what inspires you and you wish create, I invite you to consciously complete and integrate the year that has passed. Honoring what has been clears the way for what longs to arrive.
Below is a simple yet powerful ritual to integrate and close 2025 and open your heart to the magic of what’s ahead for you. Set aside at least 20 minutes. You may do this alone through writing or with others. 1. Acknowledge the Year
Reflect gently:
What did I create?
What did I learn?
What am I ready to release??
Write or speak your reflections, honoring your journey with compassion.
2. Offer Gratitude
Sit with what has been. If it feels aligned, make a small offering:
Blow gratitude into flower petals (three or four form a kintu in Andean tradition) and offer them to the earth, water, or a tree.
Light a candle or small fire and offer incense in thanks for all you have lived.
3. Open to Your Vision for 2026
Step out of the mind and into the heart:
What is stirring within me now?
What quiet dreams are asking to be seen?
What inspires me?
What would I love to experience and create from here?
Let this be a living inquiry. Write, share, or create art that reflects what you are calling in. Keep it visible as a reminder of what you are nourishing. You may also blow your intentions into petals or a seed and place them on the earth—planting your dreams with reverence.
4. Honor the New Cycle
Pause. Breathe. Celebrate this beginning in a way that feels true to you. If you would like support clarifying and grounding your seeds, inspirations and visions for 2026, I am offering a limited number of Creation Coaching Sessions this January. With love and light,
