Tuning to your Frequency of Freedom
What is freedom to you?
What if freedom isn't something you find?
But is a frequency you remember.
Our energies can be pulled in many directions these days creating timelines we may not prefer. Shifting into your frequency of freedom is not about the freedom to do whatever you want, but the deep freedom that arises when you are living in harmony with your true nature.
A quiet resonance that has always existed beneath the noise of everyday life calls you home.
When we attune to this frequency, something within us softens. We move from feeling contracted, overwhelmed, or stuck into a spaciousness where new possibilities begin to emerge. We remember who we are.
I was reminded of this during my recent pilgrimage into nature.
Each summer I step away from my phone, computer and daily life to spend a week camping beside pristine lakes and ancient forests. There, the Earth becomes the teacher.
The water washes away what no longer belongs.
The trees remind me to stand rooted.
The mountains awaken something timeless within me.
Slowly, my breath deepens. My mind becomes quiet. My heart remembers a deeper rhythm that has always been there. I am awed by the majesty and purity.
Nature carries a frequency of wholeness as we do. When we slow down enough to receive it, we begin to realign—not by becoming someone new, but by returning to the frequency of who we have always been.
That return asks us to release old habits, overworking, control, or the stories that have quietly shaped our lives. Like a chrysalis, we are invited into the sacred space where the old dissolves so something more authentic can emerge.
So, I leave you with a few gentle questions...
What is keeping you bound?
What is ready to be released?
What would it feel like to trust the rhythm of your own heart and soul more than rhythm of the world?
Perhaps your pilgrimage begins with reclaiming yourself with a few deep breaths, a walk among the trees, sitting beside a river, or simply placing your bare feet upon the Earth. It is remembering what you love and that you are a precious gift.
Freedom is not somewhere else.
It is the song your soul has been singing all along.
May you listen and remember its melody.
May you trust its rhythm and align with it's frequency.
And may you have the courage to dance to the beat of your own sacred drum.
I would love to welcome you to one of our upcoming retreats, each an invitation to slow down, reconnect, and remember your true nature.
